Who is stupid enough to be a top-box at any motorcycle or scooter mount deserves what's coming. If you only use for the helmet when not riding is filled one thing, but people with shopping and all sorts of things and then wonder why the bike does not control or motorcycle / worse further shocks. Any weight behind the rear axle is bad news, but these things are sitting behind a way out of racing safety and behave like a pendulum. This should be banned.
